We have a team of passionate, predominately military spouses, working at Recruit for Spouses who completely understand your situation. No matter where you are on your job search, you can register with or without your CV, for free.

We work with businesses and organisations to encourage them to understand, appreciate and accommodate the role of military spouses in industry, to recognise the value and tangible benefits to their company by employing military spouses.

Our Process

1. Register your CV

Step one is to register your CV with us - we need to know you're ready to start this journey and this is our prompt to get in touch with you!

It does not matter what your background is, how much work experience you have or whether you are looking for a complete change of direction.

2. Talk to us

We want to get to know you better so we can best help you. We will get in touch with you to arrange a call where we can discuss your career history, what you are looking for, and what is most important to you moving forwards.

Our recruitment team have all been where you are and most of them have gone through this process with us themselves so trust us when we say we get it.

3. Vacancies - what are your options?

We recruit for permanent, fixed-term, full-time, part-time, office based, remote and agile roles across a broad spectrum of industries.

You can check out our live vacancies here but don’t worry if you can’t find something you like the look of. We are constantly updating this as new roles come in each week, and on occasion we are even able to create opportunities for you with our clients that weren’t planned hires!

The best thing you can do is make sure you are registered with us; instead of you having to do the leg work of checking our roles, we will contact you about relevant opportunities.

4. What is the Liquid Workforce?

All of the Liquid Workforce roles are home-based with the option of flexible working hours. This overcomes the barriers of regular military moving whilst providing consistent earnings and professional development.

Joining the liquid workforce provides an opportunity for home-based flexible working in prestigious roles for blue-chip companies. Not only does this mean a balance of the military lifestyle challenges, but the opportunity to add real value to businesses that recognise the intrinsic benefits employing military spouses bring.

You will be upskilled through a robust training programme. You will be provided with the hardware and skill set to become part of our agile, flexible group of working military spouses.

Working with Alexander Mann Solutions, we are proud to have placed several groups of military spouses into employment that includes Resource Specialists; they act as the first line recruiter working to engage and retain new employees, corresponding with recruitment and account managers and keeping abreast of the ever changing recruitment needs of the business.
